Why I stopped writing on Medium — No more gifts for humanity

Several people have asked me why I stopped writing on Medium and I want to quickly answer that question.

I never viewed myself as a typical writer, who is writing for a large audience or the general public.

Instead, I wanted to introduce some new, unconventional or contrarian ideas into the world that most people would not fully understand or be able to follow (at least not currently).

Maybe in several decades once humanity evolves and thought progresses they will understand my ideas and their complexity.

So I always viewed my writings as a gift to humanity and the future generations, to introduce some new perspectives into the world.

Also in some of my writings I made accurate predictions about the future and described ideas on how to be more creative. These were also gifts to humanity.

But as I went through an auto-immune health battle between 2014–2019, I realized in retrospect that several people in my surrounding, including close friends, betrayed me and attempted to harm me during that time, because they were envious of me.

Hence I decided I should not make any more gifts to humanity until that problem is resolved.

This is why I stopped writing on Medium.
